Savoring Spring

Melissa has a great project upcycling the top of one of her embellishment containers and using it on her spring card.  Read more below and visit Melissa and the rest of the design team here.
B1
This card uses bits and bobs of fun Maya Road products....but started with something a bit out of the ordinary....a beautiful metal top from a Maya Road metal charm container....
B11
I needed to shabby it up a bit and did this simply by adding a light coating of Antique White acrylic paint and then distress ink.

I love the look of postage stamps, cancelled postage, and postmarks and add these images to many projects.  The Maya Road Postcard Stamps Singleton was just what I needed for the bare corner on this card.
B7
The pretty Scrolls Stamp Singleton dressed up the bottom of the card, while a cluster of embellishments including a butterfly from the Maya Road Butterflies Mini Chipboard Set, Heart Trinket Pin, Scallop Pink Dot Ribbon, and a Metal Word charm finish the card off.
Wishing you a beautiful day.
Melis
