I sell cards for charity and this is a card I made for an order... it is partly recyled. See you don't need fancy stuff to be creative...
The pink background paper with touches of blue is actually wall paper!!! I bought the whole roll from a DIY shop in the UK for all of 3 pounds and I often use it for wrapping gifts as well!
The buttons are from the extras that come along with clothes and the safety pin has been recycled as well.
The grey base behind the sheep is a price tag from a garment.
The ribbon is from my stash. Aren't you impressed???

ReplyDeleteThat's a cute card! I use a couple of rolls of gorgeous retro wrapping paper to wrap deliveries to clients, they love it when they open it up and see their order, and also that it is wrapped in wallpaper!
