Jagermeister Christmas Tree Ornament

I love to take used glass bottles and turn them into Recycled Art

I have always thought that the green glass of a
Jagermeister bottle was beautiful.  So this year I decided to take the
beautiful Jager green glass and make ......
My new ornament for the 2011 Holiday Season
Jager Christmas Tree!

I take a used Jagermeister bottle - break it
(I use a cast iron skillet - hammer - towel)   high tech Huh!

Then I place the Jager bottle broken pieces on a piece of clear scrap glass.

I heat the glass to approx. 1400 degrees for approx. 12 hours

The pieces of glass turn into one solid piece.  This is called Tacking glass.

When I Tac glass I am fusing glass until it just sticks together.....each piece of glass retains its individual character.

Each ornament is unique and original!

Recycled Holiday Art!
