Hello bloggers,
I must apologise for not being regular with posting on this superb blog... have been so busy selling cards for Japan Red Cross that I was left with virtually no time...
Here is a card I made while I was at vacation at Langkawi, Malaysia (where we stayed at an eco tourist hotel) some time ago - most of it is recycled and eco friendly. I did not have the heart to sell this creation so it is just lying on the sideboard in the dining room! It makes me happy every time I look at it.
Here is a close up...
Supplies:
Base card stock - handmade paper from India
Corrugated paper - from the toothpaste packaging
Twigs - lying around near the beach
Bark at the bottom - same as above
Jute ribbon - from my stash
Bells -made with Carla craft punch using an old Indian wedding card
Crystal - from Prima
Leaves - made with Carla craft punch on construction paper
Do tell me what you think of my creation... I have to say I was pleased with it.
Happy green crafting,
Monica

What a stunning card! It appears to be a work of art, not just a card! So inspiring! Blessings to you!
